Next-generation sequencing has been crucial in revealing the role gut microbes play in health and disease — but the field is now moving past the exploratory phase, and there is a need to translate findings into actionable clinical solutions.
Applying NGS for this purpose faces challenges related to precision, turnaround time, cost per sample and the need for complex bioinformatic pipelines. Our mission is to provide researchers and industry with a qPCR-based analysis service that delivers actionable microbiome results.
